Delivery Time= Processing Time (between 2-3 business days) + Shipping Time (about 4 - 10 business days). There are shipping upgrades offered during checkout. Actual shipping time is calculated at checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of original order. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Brent’s Bling

Upon receiving your product if you think there may be a problem of any sort (manufacturer defect) you must first snap pic of the defected item then promptly (within 7 days of the delivered date) reply to your invoice email or send an email to Contact Us with your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION or just reply to your invoice that day so the issue can be addressed immediately. This policy does NOT include general wear and tear of items.
